Mute TX: August release, “Ressurection”

MUTE TX has a sound that’s best described as, “dark rock mixed with heavy metal grooves.”

Mute TX is from Pearsall / San Antonio,TX. Originally formed in 2000 when brothers
Dez, Kail and Jun created a sound unique to the brothers with vocals influenced by their love for harmonies.

This lead to grueling sessions of sweat, blood and tears in the Texas heat preparing the Melodic Soulful/Gothic Metal sound. Mute TX has played on the bill with such bands as Fair To Midland and Pitbull Daycare and have since shared the stage with many up and coming artist on the Misanthropik Records roster.

The White Rabbit was the venue that helped solidify their love and respect for the S.A metal scene in the early 2000’s along with San Antonio’s historic TacoLand, during the Era of Metal in San Antonio when the late Ronnie James Dio deemed it the Metal Capitol of the World.

Mute has released 3 albums including the release of Resurrection their first album released on Misanthropik Records and are currently working on the anticipated release of “Take the Throne”.
